Most products fail because nobody asked the right question first.
Product strategy is where we figure out what we are actually building before we build it. We come in skeptical, do real user research, validate the market, draft a roadmap that aligns engineering with business, and surface risks early, when they are still cheap to address.

Our approach, in three phases.
Discovery
Stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive teardown, technical feasibility assessment. We come out with a sharper version of the problem than anyone walked in with.
Validation
Smoke tests, fake doors, paper prototypes. Cheap experiments that move the riskiest assumptions to evidence, before we write a line of production code.
Roadmap
A sequenced plan that stages risk, ships value early, and stays within the budget you actually have. Not a Gantt chart. A thesis with checkpoints.

Can you do strategy without committing to build?
Yes. Strategy stands alone. Many of our engagements are strategy-only. Sometimes the right answer is "do not build this."
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Often. We translate fluently between technical and business contexts. The best engagements are ones where the founder brings deep domain knowledge and trusts us with execution risk.
