MVP Development. From validated brief to demo-ready product.
MVP development for founders. We move from a validated brief to a clickable prototype in three days, then a production MVP in eight to twelve weeks.

◆ The short answer
MVP development is the work of shipping the smallest version of your product that earns real signal from real users. A Thinkmakr MVP starts with a three-day clickable prototype, then a production build in eight to twelve weeks, then live users. We help you cut scope so the product ships, not so it impresses.
◆ TL;DR
- Three-day clickable prototype before any production code.
- Eight to twelve weeks to a live MVP with real users.
- Strict scope discipline. We say no a lot.
- Built so the next ten features fit, not just the first one.

◆ How we build it
Three phases. Three demos. One live product.
Discover
A short discovery phase. We frame the riskiest assumption first, sketch the user, and agree on what we are actually shipping. By the end you have a written brief, a clickable prototype, and a fixed scope you can sign off.
Build
Iterative build cycles with weekly demos. Engineering joins at the design table from day one, so design and code move together. Feature flags on anything risky. Production observability built in from the first commit.
Launch and scale
Soft launch to a closed beta. Telemetry on every flow. Then a coordinated public launch and the unglamorous scaling work: auth, queue depth, database read replicas. We stay in the trenches after launch, not before it.
◆ What you get
Concrete deliverables.
Every engagement produces artifacts you can hand off, build on, or hold us accountable to. No abstract decks.
- A clickable prototype in three working days
- A live MVP with auth, billing, and core flows
- A scope log of everything we cut and why
- Telemetry on every flow from day one
- A roadmap of post-MVP work, prioritised
- A handoff doc and an optional retainer
◆ Stack
How we build it.
Same stack we use for full SaaS builds, just with strict scope. We do not invent shortcuts that cost you a rebuild later.
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Postgres
- Supabase
- Stripe
- Vercel

◆ Why Thinkmakr
Every product we run is itself an MVP that grew into a real business. We know which corners are safe to cut and which become technical debt within six months. We bring that pattern to your build.
◆ How we work
- No offshoring. The team that scopes the work ships the work.
- Your code, your repo, from day one. Full ownership at handoff.
- Fixed milestones and written proposals. No surprise invoices.
- Reviewable PRs. You can read every line before it ships.
- We tell you if we are the wrong fit and recommend who is.
◆ Receipts
Live products that prove the studio works.
The strongest argument we can make is the software we already ship.
◆ Common questions
Things people ask before they brief us.
How much does MVP development cost?
A Thinkmakr MVP typically ranges from low five figures for a focused three-day prototype to mid five figures for a full eight to twelve week production MVP. See /pricing for ranges.
How long does MVP development take?
Three days for a clickable prototype. Eight to twelve weeks for a live, billable MVP with real users.
Should I build an MVP or go straight to a full build?
Almost always MVP first. A full build assumes you already know what users want; the MVP is how you find out. See /compare/mvp-vs-full-build for the decision framework.
What is the three-day prototype?
A working front end of your product, wired to sample data, that you and stakeholders can click through end to end. It is not a Figma file. It is a real interactive prototype that becomes the brief for the production build.
Will the MVP scale?
It will handle your first few hundred users without changes. Scaling to ten thousand or a hundred thousand users is a separate conversation we have together at the right time.
